EDIT: The owner contacted me on Monday maintaining the argument that the burger could not be prepared at this time in the evening. He added that they would consider adding the burger to the dinner menu, as others had also asked, but is not sure how they would price it, as they intend for all dinner plates to be priced at $20+, whereas they sell the burger for $13 at lunch and $8 during happy hour.
