  This review is based on the service of the front of the house, we didn't get to try the food. Around 9 at night I called ahead and asked if we could get a reservation or get on a list, which we couldn't since it was a Saturday in late February, but the hostess suggested we could come to the bar area which is first come basis for seating and had open tables. I let her know a bar area table would be fine with us, we just wanted some drinks and food, and I specifically asked to double check if there was actually open tables and she was that fake condescending nice and said there were several open tables but no guarantees. We get there a few minutes later and the hostess reiterated the same thing about open bar seating, but as we walked back there the bar area was packed.. absolutely no way there were several open tables minutes before. Out of luck, my girlfriend spotted a table in the bar area and we snagged it ! After we got our jackets off and seated, the hostess came back over and told us these specific three wallside tables in the bar area are not open seating and we couldn't sit there. This infuriated me since we even called ahead to check availability, and she was misleading to us the whole time. I should have been smarter based on her rude tone that they were just trying to get us to the bar but had no real intention of seating us anytime or taking a res. Totally misleading and not hospitable at all. I called her out on her lieing about availiability, and she pretended she wasn't the one that took the phone call. Once she conceded that, she became very defensive and rude while walking us back to the front area, so we just walked out and had a great dinner over at Blue River Bistro

  We waited a long time, so don't plan on going without a reservation of some sort. But once we got our seat, wow! Ordered the bacon wrapped scallops which were AMAZING! Everyone ordered steak and we were all equally pleased with what we received. Our waiter, Joe, was great! I highly recommend this place for a great dinner, however on the pricier side.

  Fabulous chop house! Cozy feeling, dining room and saloon area, super friendly staff and great service! Garlic soup was delicious as well as the Trout! Cheers to Kerri Anne for running a tight ship with a beaming smile!
